If the session was cancelled by the coach you are entitled to a reschedule or sent a session plan with no additional cost or a refund claim can be made. 

If the session was canceled by you for any reason then a session plan can be sent to you with no additional costs however if you want to reschedule a claim can be put in however they is a no refund policy

If the session was missed without any form of communication before hand then a claim for the session or a rescheduling can be put in but they is a no refund policy

It Must be made aware that any claims of rescheduling or session plans may not be granted with zero additional costs unless made to do so by the coach or stated otherwise
